“My order of two Ash products was delivered to Ireland within a couple of days of placing it. The delivery company did their job and communicating with them was no problem. Products are excellent, just as expected - a pair of flatforms (different colour to ones I have already and absolutely love) and a pair of gorgeous ankle boots.”

“I find David in particular goes out of his way to accommodate me . His manner is very friendly , courteous and he has an excellent way of dealing with me and making me feel appreciated and valued as a returning client . I find that orders get sent out immediately with no hitches and the shoes on arrival are well packaged and perfect in every way . I am very happy with BB’s customer service . Many thanks to B.B. and David who represents the company perfectly .”

“At this stage I can only give 3 stars . My order was supposed to arrive today within an hour time slot , I was waiting for my parcel to arrive bit unfortunately the delivery guys choice not to ring my bell ( couldn’t be bothered to climb a few stairs) and informed me I wadsnt in !! Really mad as I took time to be at home for my order ....... I’ve now been given a generic email telling me my order will be delivered tomorrow!!! Loosing the will for my purchase!! DPD get it Right 😡”

“Cannot fault anything from looking on the website to receiving my order. Easy to access website, order despatched quickly and arrived exactly when I was told it would. Goods packaged really well but not ridiculously over packaged for the type of product. I cannot recommend this site enough. Will definitely use again. This was a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law and as I have 3 other ladies on my present list I will be back.”
