“Ordered on afternoon of 11th July and got my gorgeous Ash trainers on 13th July and that was to NI! Only downside was the £10 delivery charge when mainland get their delivery FREE!”

“Very good service. Appreciate the fact that I was able to speak to someone to help with a query. Delivery service was quick, and shoes pristine. Because of long working hours, it was fantastic and very important to be able to pick the parcel up from a collection point. Will definitely always check here first when buying again. Recommended.”

“I am so happy with my purchase ! Was searching on line for a while for the Ash gladiator sandals and then Brandboudoir came up trumps! ( at an affordable price also). Love my new sandals and can't wait to wear them in my next holiday.”

“You sent me a size 41 instead of a size 40, that I orderd. A simple mistake anyone can make. But as a customer I expect you to try to solve the problem with speed and grace. Instead I have a mail - tread full of empty "we are sorry" but no effort to fix the problem. One employee tried, but was not trained according to the companys non-existing "customer service" rules. Her promise was taken back by another member of staff and they blamed her for beeing new. Horrible experience - I would not reccomend anyone to by anything from you. In fact - I have told several of my friends to cancel their orders. My order would have made it to me in good time for my event, even with your misstake with sizing and exchange, if you would have been the slightest bit focust on having happy customers and solving problems.// From a very unhappy former customer that will never shop from you again”
