“Bought a pair of Ash Hurrican ankle boots... In 5 minutes of wear the top outer rim of the boot had cut into my ankle Emailed but no response so had to phone a few day later Apoarently since I had worn the boots returning it was unacceptable Reason given was the shoe could not be sold to someone else Well here I am stuck with a £165 pair of boots that is not fit for purpose and a plaster on my ankle... Never again”
