“Prices was really good and arrived very quickly. The time element it okay. But at the end of the day, it shows I have walked only 996 steps. That includes hoovering a 3 bed bungalow, taking the dog out for a 30 minute walk, and doing the usual stuff around a bungalow and doing bits to the garden. Hmmm. Instructions were written in such a tiny format I struggled to read it, too. Not really what I wanted or expected.”

“Giving 2 stars due to the relatively fast delivery & the price considering the current climate of events, however there was 50% off anyway. I only got a 10kg kettlebell, but it’s far too big to handle, so can hardly use it.”

“Recieved next day delivery at a cost of £7.99 The kettle bell and delivery are an inflated price due to gym closure but that is supply and demand of the current market I did only expect one kettlebell unlike other reviews I will point out although over priced everywhere in the country is overpriced at least they had products in stock. Still waiting for others in other stores I’d ordered 3 weeks ago Good correspondence on email”

“Great products but advertised very misleading - said it was 50% off kettlebells (Advertising a pair) and I only recieved 1 £35 for one 8kg - I wouldn’t have paid that for one as I could have bought an 8kg from Argos cheaper”

“I’ve written to brand alley explaining that my bell is damaged and there is in fact only 1 of them. The product is advertised as kettle bells which is plural so suggests a pair. The advert also has 2 in. I’ve had no reply.”

“First time customer and received the incorrect size top. Emailed and got a response within 10 minutes. Jack sent a returns label within 10mins of request. As an gesture of goodwill Jack offered me a £10 voucher, wasn't necessary but most welcome and a fantastic illustration of their customer care. Needless to say I will be a regular customer going forward. Well done BrandedWear.”
