“I have to give this place negative stars to properly make you aware. A simple task of converting a drawing into a logo took several months. The whole time the project manager, John Martin, hassled me to buy more things like business cards, Copyrights, website design, and product. I purchased shirts that wasn't anything like I requested three months prior to receiving and never got anything else from them. They will tell you that everything is guarantied, but I've requested cancel of everything else. They never returned any $. They drug it out long enough for my credit card to not be able to dispute. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! RUN AWAY!”

“I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. The logo design it self was great, but everything else was terrible. I had to be the one to follow up all the time, I had to pretty much "babysit them to make sure things were being done. When I received my business cards, the quality of them was terrible. Worst experience I have ever had with a company”

“Mar 27, 2021. Corrupt practices! Corrupt practices. Focused solely on upselling you extra services...when all you wanted initially was a great logo or simple service. Here is a real story about my experience with this company...and I paid them over $4,500 dollars. Last year I asked for a logo. The logo was great. I have applied to trademark it. Then, I was upsold on a website, product development, fulfillment and shipping. The website package was over $2,000 and turned out to be a recycled website used by an earlier customer. I disputed the fraud through my bank and got a full refund. As for the products and services, I still haven't received the baseball caps, shipping packages or fulfillment service. They asked for more money ($750) in order to complete the project. I told them no way. How about you give me $2,000 in goods and services...or a complete refund?! Simply put this company is a scam. Very unprofessional and don't realize that great business here in the US (and other places) requires transparency and honesty. Do you think i would return and do more business with these clowns? Obviously, they have one or two good people working for them...but the rest are corrupt. So, I will dispute the remaining $2,000 credit with my credit card company or hire a lawyer. That is the only way to deal with these fools. Avoid them at all costs. If you don't, then just get your logo...and don't let them upsell you on any other service or package. That is when their scammers from India take over. If I decide to file a lawsuit, I will post the actions and results here.”

I could not find a company that could provide me high quality animated videos at a budgeted price other than Branding Agency INC. They helped my cause and provided my videos according to my requirement. I connected with them to provide me explainer videos. He first gave me an overview of how their production teamwork. Also, he guided the team to provide animated videos for the brand, once I received the videos, I was very thankful for the work they did. And therefore, I will place another order soon. “NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had them design a website has been going on for almost a year spend thousands of dollars to end up with a substandard product that can't be used and no refund all they do is steal from people. The worst experience ever. You would get better results if you hit yourself in the head with a hammer.”

“Please please and I am asking please do not use these scam artist. I asked for a company logo provide all the graphics and all a revived the same graphics with a triangle on too😂😂they got me good. I promise you as soon as they introduce themselves I should have know those are not their names. All I could think of the capital one commercial with Peggie. Anyways, you will not get your money pack, and no they are not from California. Well plaid John Martin from India. Don’t be me and deal with these headaches. Move along to a different company. Again please do not fall for it, I can’t believe I did, I guess I’m getting old.”

“Paid for a website to be developed and put on my hosting site. When the site went live, it was put on their hosting server. The onle way I found out about this is that my webmail client wouldn't work. Finally got it transferred to my host, but only in a zip file and then had to have my hosting unzip, then install and remake the databases. Still have issues with trying to put images into my gallery. When I contacted Ethan about this, I was told that it would cost me more money to resolve. Stay Away From Branding Agency!!!!!!”
