not happy when they ship packages in seperate boxes and you have to return! a hassle and costly to ship back

I bought a bra from the site and none of my tracking info was ever available until it was delivered. We have had issues in our town with people stealing packages from door steps so knowing when somethings coming is important to me. I got the bra and it didn't fit so I immediately went online and the website didn't offer any help. I had to call customer service again. The lady was sweet but I'm still stuck waiting for my return information and how to return. It's irritating for someone who's previous bra busted and no longer has one and stores do not carry my G cup size!

Hi Madison, Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, we've had an issue with our automated shipping messages, which hopefully should be fixed by the end of the week! We've just sent you the return information now. We work with one particular supplier, who can take up to 24 hours to give us the RMA. We really do apologize for the inconvenience of this. Well I knew better then to buy a Bra without first trying it on. Somewhat over priced, the bra looked pretty but the fabric doesn't have a soft thred in it!

Good idea: requesting a selfie of one's current bra-fit. But there was no packing list in the box I received. When I tried on the 2 bras I bought, one didn't fit at all; the other was an "almost." Brayola agreed that I should send another photo, but I was busy. So they closed my return ticket. I emailed to say I still needed to return the bras, and they answered with yet a third number. I had to phone to find out which number to put on my return package. I won't use Brayola again.

Did not receive my order after 10 days so contacted Brayola. Customer service was adequate in returning my call, however, apparently one item not available and never was processed. She did have my order reprocessed and I haven't received it yet. Feel this should have been caught sooner and I shouldn't have had to wait so long for my order if and when it comes.

It has now been over a month since I returned two bras and I still have not received credit on my Visa even though I have provided tracking information twice. This certainly will make me think twice about ordering from tour company again or referring you to anyone else.

Wish I could give a better rating as I was pleased with your customer service and bought 2 bras based on the size she said I was and her selections. But need to return as neither one fit. Not able to even close them.

Delivery was far too slow. I ordered for bras to arrive for Christmas. It arrived after and a very disappointed customer.

My order arrived incomplete. When I emailed to ask where the remainder was the answering email said they would check with the warehouse. I've not heard anything further.

Label said it was the correct size of 36DDD, but it was TOO tight and the elastic was very uncomfortable.

The sizing was so far off that I sent the bras back for a full refund. the only thing that saved my review from being the worst is that you are being responsive to my return...though I haven't yet gotten the credit.

I have breasts that tend to be on the outside of my rib cage and because of that need that extra something on the sides. This did not offer enough support on the sides under my armpits to be effective. I just "splatted". I really wanted this to work. It needs way more strength in the elastic for my body type.

On the same day I ordered 3 bras from Brayola, and 2 bras from TRUE. True package was much better. Their padded envelope was large, their marketing sticker and materials within were fun & classy and they included a pre-printed ReturnSlip AND another waterproof envelope in case I had a return. One True bra didn't fit, but their return was FREE. All 3 Brayola bras (Bali, all same size as True order) did not fit. But I had to go find a large envelope, make a trip to UPS and PAY to return Brayola merchandise. Sorry. Won't shop Brayola again.

I received a very good service from your company but, and it's a big but, your return policy is horrible. Most vendors I purchased from, via internet, had a free return policy. All of them sent you a return "stamp". Buying clothing on the internet is risky because you never know if it will fit and very often we have to send back. I think that you should acknowledge that and at least help with the return cost. Because of that, I will not order from you anymore because it will cost me too much to return the item. I will make sure to tell anybody who wants to buy from you that they pretty dam make sure they order the right size because it will cost them a lot more then the original purchase. Thank you

I ordered about one month ago and I am still waiting. No notice about the delay in my order like other orders. They send me email to confirm and let me know when to expect my order. Nothing from you people until I emailed.

It took several days for you to answer my email; in fact I had to send it twice. Then I was bombarded with emails of what to do. I had to enter what I had ordered on a sheet; why didn't you already know? Your return process is more cumbersome than any others. I now have it ready to return and have written the number on the outside of the box too. You're supposed to know your customers and not make them jump through so many hoops to make a return.

Hi Susan, Our customer service is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (EST) and your first email was on Friday at 7pm which was out of our operating hours. Someone responded to you first thing on Monday morning. We are sorry your expectations were not meant. We are a marketplace, which is why we manually send out returns information as the address can differ depending on which supplier we use.
