“My shopping experience at Brayola was very positive. I have worn the same brand for over 30 years and I decided to change. I found that Brayola carries many brands to choose from. While I'm not completely satisified with my choices, it had nothing to do with Brayola. I even needed help with how to use a front closing bra and Brayola's customer service was right there for me with help. I'm still on the search for a new brand and Brayola will be my go to place to find it.”

“My last purchase were two bras. The style I bought works well for me, there is one other store I use to buy from, they are out of business, so when I searched around and found Brayola I was pleased.”

“Terrible customer service. Wanted to return a bra that didn't fit right. They charge $6 to return plus if you've "worn"it, which for me was trying it on you don't get your refund. Plus don't go through any payment app because for sure you won't get your money back. Never buying from this company again.”
