“I like the fact that the bra straps don’t slide , however I don’t like the underwire .If it was 2 inches shorter on the side might help”

“I need to exchange and cannot print the return label. There is no phone number and I have sent an email requesting help...no response. This is very frustrating.”

“In a world of Amazon and Zappos, I’m usually reluctant to pay shipping for online orders. This order confirmed that ruluctance for me. While $6 is not overly crazy, I had to return the product and pay return shipping as well. So, I’m out $12 for a bra that didn’t fit. I am continually on the hunt for a good bra that is both pretty and fits well. This wasn’t the magic bullet by any means and I paid to learn that lesson.”

“I hated the bra I ordered. It was very pointy, very dated looking. In addition, I have not received the return credit, even though Brayola has received my bra return on September 17, 2020, and it is now October 16th. I'm quite disappointed in this company.”

“The first bra I ordered didn't fit. I returned it, only to be charged a return fee. I contacted you, and was promised waiver, since I reordered the same item, but didn't receive it. I won't be ordering from you again.”

“I didn’t realize they had 4 hooks - don’t like 4 hooks. I’ve worn this size for over 20 years and I could even get these around my body. Sent them to my daughter - hopefully they’ll fit her...”
