“I purchased the wrong size. I needed a 38 but ordered a 36. Is there anyway to exchange them? I don't have the invoices anymore.”

“My first experience with Brayola was so bad that I swore I'd never buy from them again. I bought a bra in a brand I'd never worn before, which turned out not to fit properly. I wore the bra only once - just long enough to determine that it didn't fit, and then I returned it with tags on and in the original packaging. I had to pay $6 to return the bra, and then, when Brayola received it, they refused to refund the purchase price saying that their quality control people had rejected it as not meeting their return requirements (without actually specifying in what way). So, I wound up paying a lot of money for nothing. Sadly, I got tempted into giving them another try. This time, the bra also wasn't a good fit, but, rather than pay to return it and risk not getting a refund, I made some alterations to the bra so I could wear it. Still not a great fit, but ok to wear for activities for which I wouldn't want to wear one of my good bras. Brayola should know that bras must be tried on, and they should have free no-questions asked returns if the bra doesn't fit. This time, I really am done with them.”

“Bands squeak when I move, boobs falling out of front and wire is super uncomfortable. I don’t write reviews but for the price of this and how long it took to get is very disappointing.”

“I had to return the item as it didnt fit as it should. It was no problem getting authorization to return it. However, when I received the refund I didnt realize I would be charged the shipping to me and to return it as well. I inquired and received a prompt courteous reply. I expressed my feelings about that. They then refunded me the cost of returning the item (this time only)!”
