My order of 3 bras arrived. The box contained 2 bras and a random TShirt. I sent a request for my 3rd bra and got a notification from your CS letting me know I’ve been reimbursed for the 3rd bra and to donate the shirt.

When I ordered it didn’t give me an option except to hit the after pay and I had to return the two bras. Not sure how that works but hopefully they will credit my credit card. When I reordered the bras in a larger size I used a different credit card. One thing I do not like is you can’t talk to anyone you have to email. When I use to call and talk with someone I loved it much better.

I have been pleased with past transactions. Most recently my packages came with no return labels. I never needed to return before, but I do now.

I love the bras I got but with no adjusting on bra straps is not good fits great everywhere except the straps. Unfortunately I bought 4 and washed them in hopes they would shrink. But not enough.

like the bra however the underwire is uncomfortable in the under arm area and top of the breast "cuts" "sticks" can't explain but painful.

In a world of Amazon and Zappos, I’m usually reluctant to pay shipping for online orders. This order confirmed that ruluctance for me. While $6 is not overly crazy, I had to return the product and pay return shipping as well. So, I’m out $12 for a bra that didn’t fit. I am continually on the hunt for a good bra that is both pretty and fits well. This wasn’t the magic bullet by any means and I paid to learn that lesson.

The first bra I ordered didn't fit. I returned it, only to be charged a return fee. I contacted you, and was promised waiver, since I reordered the same item, but didn't receive it. I won't be ordering from you again.

All 5 bras that I ordered didn't even remotely fit. Now I need to return them but will be charged to return them which isn't fair.

I wanted to exchange the bra I orderedbecause of incorrect size. But your system does not allow for exc. Disappointed.anges so I just had to return it

I saw how it fastened in the front, but didn’t think much about it. I really don’t like that part so much. Other than that it’s good. I do like the other bras I have bought from this site.

The bras cup size were too small the sizing is wrong my wife wears 36D put the Parfait Bras cup size too small

Hello, The Parfait brand uses UK sizing, a size converter is under the product on Brayola.com to convert the US size to UK size, the UK size is 36DD to equal the US 36D. If you need further assistance, please email support@brayola.com. Thank you

Before I ordered from you, I got measured at Victoria Secrets. I ordered 3 different bras, all the same size. All 3 fit different. Only happy with 1 of the fits.
