“I am very happy with the service I was provided when I had to send back a few bras that I had purchased that didn't fit. I replaced them with some that do. Since this just happened, all I am waiting for now is my refund.”

“I think Brayola is great because it has a large selection of big breasted bras. I have a sizing issue at the moment and will return when I am truely sure of the size I need. Unfortunately $6 is charged for each return so I will get to correct size via free returns. I do not say this as a bad thing toward Brayola, it concerns my denial it appears. Gained more weight than I realized in last two years.”

“The bra I ordered was 44c but the cups were huge and I had 42c bra that were to tight on me so i sized up but this was way to big. Not sure why it was that much larger. Next time just going to a store to buy one that way I will not be charge soooo much to return it!”

“Customer service is seriously lacking. Returned two bras and only received credit for one. They said one was "worn" but literally tried it on and took it off because it was so uncomfortable. Will buy elsewhere.”
