“I love the site and have used it many times. However, this last purchase was not good. Very uncomfortable, I would not recommend or purchase again.”

“The bra I ordered was 44c but the cups were huge and I had 42c bra that were to tight on me so i sized up but this was way to big. Not sure why it was that much larger. Next time just going to a store to buy one that way I will not be charge soooo much to return it!”

“2 bras purchased - 1 was fine the other was poorly made and cheap. Wanting to return the unacceptable bra I’m being charged $6.00 for a return label to do so. I will no longer shop at Brayola.”

“I have had a couple of Bali bras for a few years. They were so comfortable and I got them from Brayola. Ordered 2 more with the same cup size on 1, and 1 cup size larger. Both the cups were too big. Very disappointed.”

“Terrible customer service. Wanted to return a bra that didn't fit right. They charge $6 to return plus if you've "worn"it, which for me was trying it on you don't get your refund. Plus don't go through any payment app because for sure you won't get your money back. Never buying from this company again.”

“The bras didn't fit and the process for returning them would be a confusing hassle so I may not even bother. I was able to find the same bras, different size, from the manufacturers, at approximately half the price.”

“Nothing fit, I will be furious if not a full return. I saw some opened packages will not refund, how do you know if you don’t try on? Had to pay to ship back.”

“Out of the two bras I ordered. I only received one in the correct size. Now I'm in a delima. I. Feel it would cost more to return. Is this what I must do. Or in store credit. I need the 42f. I like very much like one I received in the above mentioned size. As the 42ddd I knew right away it wouldn't fit at all. Thank you.”

“Needed to exchange but return process is too long . I have ordered from other places and the return/exchange was completed within 7 days. It’s been about a month and still waiting on credit so then I can place an order for correct size -very frustrating”

Hi Angela, Unfortunately, each brand has its patterns and grading to fit different sizes. Bra sizing requires so much more precision than a looser-fitting garment even a small difference can change the way the bra ends up fitting. Even the style of the bra can make a difference in the fit. Have you clicked on "Find my Size".
