“Before Covid, I would have said excellent!! I’ve ordered from you several times and had a great experience. But it seems like your adjustment to Covid has been rough. It took over a month to get my order....Covid or no Covid that’s just way too long.”

Hi Joan, The Exquisite Form Fully was shipped separately and per an online trace it is out for delivery today. We apologize for the delay with the delivery for your order and understand your frustration. USPS is experiencing delays almost everywhere right now. Some packages are taking longer than normal. “So happy to have finally found crouch less boy shorts. They are very hard to find. They fit great! Love that I can keep them in while being intimate with my husband. He loves me in lace boy shorts and is a fun way to add something a little different. I was worried the material might run him and cause him to be sore but it doesn’t at all, very great design. I would highly recommend!”

“It took too long for delivery. I understand Covid but it seems like all other online businesses were able to deliver in a timely manner. I contacted customer service and there wasn’t much they could do. I will never order from Brayola again. Please remove me from your email list.”
