I have such a hard time finding a bra to fit and I finally found one on brayola..thier shipping was fast

I like these bra’s however today the underwire broke out of the casing and began poking my skin. I guess I need the next larger cup size but I do not know which one that would be. Also like that the straps do not fall off my shoulders. I do like how this bra feels and the support it give my “girls”. Can the defective bra be returned for the next larger cup size ?

I am not happy with Brayola's return policy. I received my order in two shipments and returned the first item (with label provided by Brayola) before the second shipment arrived. When I wanted to return the second package I couldn't obtain a label. Customer service said that there were technical difficulties but that was weeks ago and I still am unable to get that label. Very annoying as I now seem to be stuck with items I don't want. I will not buy from Brayola again.

The items that were ordered were received within the time promised. They fit perfectly and are some of the most comfortable bras I have worn.

While the bra was beautiful, it did not fit me so I returned it. I loved the look and the service was great. Sorry I had to return it.

Maybe I ordered the wrong size, but I don't like the way it fits. Not very comfortable. Straps come up too close to my neck so I can only wear it with t-shirts.

Have Nothing good to say about my experience with your company, very frustrating to know I have an Issue with your product and find out that 1- I was told I was only able to communicate via email!! 2nd- After 3 /4 emails I then find out that No Exchanges are allowed, that in order to exchange my item. I now have to send back the item I have and repurchase what ever I want, and still I'm not able to speak to anyone in reference to see what options i have on what bra would be best!! NO Customer Service At All!! I Now have no other option but, to return the bra because I found No One That Could or Would be willing to assist!! CAN NOT DO BUISSNESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T EVEN CARE ENOUGH TO OFFER A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO ASSIT WITH PURCHASES!! I RATHER GIVE MY MONEY AND TIME TO A COMPANY WILLING TO GO THAT EXTRA STEP SPECIALLY WHEN THEY EXPECT ME TO SPEND MONEY IN THEIR COMPANY

I recently purchased online from Brayola the Glamorize MagicLift Moisture Control Bra in 38C (Gray Heather color). When the bra arrived it was way too large in the cup for me. I am always a 38C so this was very disappointing. I quickly printed a return slip and gave to UPS for returning to Brayola. I am still awaiting a refund after 17 days.
