As with any company we do not refund for original shipping charges (which if the order was under $50.00, would be $5.99, anything over $50 we offer free shipping!).If you use our return label this costs $6, which is deducted from your total refund amount. “I purchased two bras and had to return them. One the cups were two small and Brayola doesn’t offer exchanges at this time. The other bra was not what I expected it to be. It was not supportive and to sheer for me. Anyway they are both on the way back for a refund. Hope I can find a better fit in the future. Sherry A.”

“I will never recommend this This company to anybody they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. There was no option to talk to them over the telephone or via live chat. When I needed to return items it became a huge issue. They told me that my items smelled of perfume and refused to issue me a refund. However I am glad that I make the purchase using afterpay and use after pay to help me retain my refund and I believe that is the only way that I got a refund with this awful terrible company. I never again will purchase anything from here or recommend this company and its products.”
