“I actually had to return the bra, I couldn’t close it with my hand. It was too difficult because I had a stroke. I was surprised that you charged me $12.21 for the return! My order # was 1301657.! Too much!”

“I have had good luck in finding a bra I really like. I went to order more and I see the company is no longer selling the ONE I loved, not only have I ordered more of bras I am trying to replace my favorite one with, I am getting 3 separate refunds and having 6.00 taken out of all 3 returns. Free return policy? I think not! Now I find the company is being sold or bought out by Bare Necessities. Who are they? Do they have my bra I love? IDK!”

“I have washed my bras four times and each time, it unravels, leaving the strings of elastic hanging and me having to snip them off. I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS. This speaks volumes to me about the quality of stitching and the material used. Other than this, perfect fit, very comfortable.”

“I purchased 2 bras in my normal size, but both were too small, one extremely so - it felt like one size smaller. I returned them. My problem was with the $6 return fee. Bras are notoriously hard to fit, and 2 bras of the same brand and size can fit differently. I wish Brayola would reconsider this fee. I would feel more comfortable in buying from them. As it is, I ordered 2 bras from Amazon, which doesn’t charge for returns.”
