“I swore off your dealership a few years back. I had made a deal over the phone to purchase a new Mercedes. I drove about two hours to get there. Once there, I was told that the car had been sold to a walk in customer. The guys kinda had a laugh over it. NOT funny to me. I was treated very poorly. The thing is, I was a very good customer, bought several cars from you and always had them serviced there. YOUR LOSS.”
