“I was disappointed to see that one of the flags I received was very bent in the middle and seemed as if it had been for a long time; even though it's been hanging for a week it's still very creased and doesn't look nice. It's supposed to be a two-sided flag, but one side is much more bent and ugly looking. The other flags I have received have all been fine, though.”

“I wanted something new for the front door for Saint Patricks Day and Easter. I stumbled upon Briarwood Lane and found exactly what I wanted. I ordered from for the first time. When I got my package, my door hanger for Easter the one flower was broken off. I emailed Briarwood Lane and included a picture of it to notify them. I had an email response within the hour and they also put an order in to have a replacement sent out which they also shipped Fed Ex. The customer service at Briarwood Lane is amazing!! I will definitely be ordering from them again.”
