“I love all the flags I have purchased from you but I am unhappy with the last one for Thanksgiving because the message is just on one side if it was not so much trouble I would send it back. The first flag I have ever received like this. I am 83 years old and I have to wait one or two for someone to take it down for me..”

“I am returning both flags unopened I unfortunately didn't check the measurements and these legs are too big I was hoping for the smaller ones please refund when you receive them back they were mailed back to you to days ago thank you they were awful pretty though thanks”

On the bottom of the packaging, it clearly states that it is “MADE IN CHINA”. I served during the Vietnam War; The last thing I would want to buy is a POW-MIA flag made in China.”

“we bought this pole due to dimensions= 1"x57". it is not. it is only 3\4" in diameter. contacted the company but they needed to see the defect. i told them not a defect just the wrong size compared to website dimensions. they then told me to take a pic of the defect. what defect? i give up on this website! do i really need a pic when you can go to a new one on your shelf to find out they are not 1" dia.”
