“I have never received my merchandise. Had an email saying it was delivered but checked ring camera and no delivery was made . Called post office and no return call. Really disappointed . Have loved your products for a long time. Do not know what happened.”

“I have bought several items such as flags, metal art, candles, towels, and tote bags. Never have I been disappointed. The colors are bright and saturate, and everything was very well made. Briarwood Lane prices are very reasonable and they are always adding new items. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and very professional. This is a great site.”

“Great designs and products. Flags have survived the crazy changes in Michigan weather. The metal signs are lightweight, but at the same time, also withstand wind and cold. Colors don't fade. Ordering is easy and delivery prompt. Very happy with all of my purchases.”

“Although this flag looks nice, it is very difficult to manipulate. The sleeve seems defective and even worse, despite repeated efforts, I never could get the little white inner jigger to hook onto my flagpole. I rigged it up with safety pins... really not what I hadf in mind when ordering this flag.”
