I normally receive my orders pretty quick. As a matter of fact, I received my second order quickly. My order of 3 mailbox covers and 1 flag is still in NJ according to USPS tracking. My name is Debbie Reid and my order was placed around March 19, 2025. I have attached the tracking information from USPS below.

I was disappointed to see that one of the flags I received was very bent in the middle and seemed as if it had been for a long time; even though it's been hanging for a week it's still very creased and doesn't look nice. It's supposed to be a two-sided flag, but one side is much more bent and ugly looking. The other flags I have received have all been fine, though.

Although I was happy with my order, I was dismayed to find the exact same spinners at a local Italian specialty store at a lower price ($5 less butper item) with no shipping fees.

I purchase your wind socks via the internet for our seashore home in Beach Haven, NJ. where it is very windy there most days. I replace them each season of the year and by the end of the season they are coming apart. I wish you would market a heavy duty wind sock like the ones I used to purchase from a company out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. (Can't remember their name amd they no longer manufacture them.- The original owners have passed away.) Otherwise I enjoy the artwork for the (4) seasons of the year. Hope this input might help you.

Although this flag looks nice, it is very difficult to manipulate. The sleeve seems defective and even worse, despite repeated efforts, I never could get the little white inner jigger to hook onto my flagpole. I rigged it up with safety pins... really not what I hadf in mind when ordering this flag.

I love your products, however it shouldn't take a month to receive my order. I placed an online order on your website on 9/15 and didn't receive it until 10/16. I noticed the delivery times for your Amazon store are much faster, I will just place my orders through them from now on.

I love the variety of products that are sold at Briarwood Lane. However, the past two orders have taken 3 weeks to be shipped and I had to contact customer service both times to get the orders moving along. It is very disappointing considering shipments previously had been sent out within 2 - 3 days.

I ordered 2 flags and 2 outdoor pillows. They are beautiful and high quality. My only negative is that I ordered on aug 30 and didn’t receive until Sept 27!

I first ordered in early September. Got my stuff a week ago and it was someone else’s order sent to my address. Talked to a rep who was very nice and who was sending my correct order that by express shipping. Still waiting. Fall will be gone before I get it!! Not good.

We did not buy a flag. We had a mailbox cover replaced that had faded in a couple months. Sue wasn’t very friendly or nice.

The flags are beautiful but I don’t like how you advertised a free American garden flag but when I put in a free shipping promotion code you took the free flag offer away. That is very deceptive!

One of the wind sox appeared to have brown mold. I called and was told it’s just the material used. It’s only in one small section, We cleaned it and part of it washed off. The other two items were fine. It is what it is!
