I rang head office and was told all other master cards were working. I was told that the Morayfield Shop had stock of my desired Serengeti glasses. I then rang Morayfield Brighteyes and I was told that they needed permission to Aust post them to me. An hour later the person rang back to say she could despatch the glasses to me by Aust Post. She processed my master card transaction without any bother and I received the glasses in the mail in NSW in three days. I am very happy with the conduct of my transaction at the Morayfield store but I would never deal with the Brighteyes internet site again

“I bought some ONeill Sunglasses, and unfortunately I didn't inspect them closely when I purchased them. There are 3 small scratches on the lens. I noticed once I got them home. I assume this must have happened in-store, as they were display stock. I wish I was given the sunglasses that had not been on display. I thought if I returned them, I wouldn't be able to prove that it wasn't me who scratched the lens...”
