“Had a horrific customer experience with Briana Simpson. She was an awful representative of a company that looks like they pride themselves on customer satisfaction. My lamp that is 3 months old stopped working. It was purchased at Walmart who sent me to you. My expectation with a 3-year warranty is that BRIGHTECH would repair or replace. PLEASE ADVISE.”

“I bought two lamps several weeks ago. I emailed customer service bc I only received one. The rep just replied with a UPS tracking # and offered no other help. I finally get the second lamp this past week, well beyond the guaranteed delivery date. The bar of the lamp, which is easily 30 lbs, is dented and scratched. It's obvious this was a used/returned product, but I paid over $100 for this. Truly disappointing experience.”
