“Two of my packages never arrived - and the latest message that I've gotten from a customer support agent was that it was in transit: no updates on the tracking numbers, no any follow-ups on whether it was back-ordered, nor if my order was simply not yet fulfilled.”

“I love the lamp. Great for reading. As I get older I need more light to see. But, I feel like I have been getting too many emails from the company: 7 in 12 days. Thus the 4 stars.”

“Let me start by saying I didn’t even need a lamp, but I really liked how stylish this looked. I found that their designer style at an affordable price motto is very true. I received the lamp yesterday, beautifully packaged and super easy to put together. The materials are high quality and it looks way more expensive than it costs. It’s perfect and I couldn’t be happier with it. I would definitely buy again from them. If you’re on the fence, go for it, you won’t regret it.”
