“Well, they charge you shipping and handling if you would like to return the item. And they charge a restocking fee. So, it doesn't pay to purchase from them to try.”

“My second lamp from Brightech.Shipping protection good, assembly easy, when the lamp is on white bright it lights up a whole room but can be dimmed way down using the app. The phone application works good on my iPhone with many nice colors to choose from and I am able to set up various lighting moods in my living room. If I need another lamp I will always go to Brightech first. Its good to know there are companies out there that offer quality products.”
