“Missing parts on a lamp ordered through Amazon. Offered to send me the missing part and invoice me for it. Told me to order the part, and then take it up with Amazon myself. No customer service or support. Can't review the lamp since I couldn't turn it on due to missing parts. Would have to give no stars if possible.”
