Really like my Brightline bag. This is bag number 2 for me. The previous bag lasted about 5 years. The only issue that I sometimes have. Is that if the bag is connected to rolling luggage, and the ground is wet. The rubber feet on the bottom namely the CS4 rubber feet will not keep the bag dry. I ended up having to use some hot glue to make feet on the bottom of the CS2 bag. This is not and will not be an issue for most people. Other than that. The bag has been great.

I love my Brightline bag!! What I love most about it, is the excellent customer service e they have. I had a problem with a zipper and they shipped me a replacement part. It arrived at my house before I even arrived from my trip. Keep up the great work!!! Highly highly recommend their bags!

These bags are amazing. I am a part-time university student, I commute over 3 hours most days, work a full-time career, and do photography as a hobby. I can't express the ease of transferring over for any given task even just throughout the day if I have different classes. My favorite day so far had me taking pictures in the morning using a modified Shutter bag (CS5 instead of CS4). Midday running into work turning the bag into a Slim with my tablet slipped in the gap between the panels. After work my first class had me converting to a Compute bag so that I had what I needed. After a quick run by my car, I was then able to change over to have Swift bag. I only had to carry what I needed when I needed it and didn't have to transfer anything over in the Pocket cap front panel! I pack that with the items I need no matter where I am and I never have to change anything over. I feel like you miss an opportunity to market these bags to undergrad and graduate students. (Maybe offer an education discount for students with '.edu' addresses that can be verified.)

It's so nice and so rare these days to have a company that demonstrates the gold standard in customer service. My Brightline bag suffered an issue from normal wear during a trip and the good people of Brightline bent over backwards to makes sure that an acceptable resolution was quick and effortless. Once again I am able to go in the world with pride thanks to the good natured people of Brightline that took care of me and my bag. Thanks Brightline Bags!

I ordered the B7 kit bag but when it arrived it was missing 4 of the items.

We investigated this and discovered that there were two orders (going to the UK) and the order of their arrival was reversed because Customs has delayed the package with the B7, including the "missing" items. We're following this process and will keep you informed. We see that you did get the other order that had two additional Center Sections.

I've been using my BrightLine Bag for more than 10 years, The B25 in those days now called B18, in a variety of configurations. Then with the SC5, I achieved the B16 Contain. And ever since, I have tried other brands and no one can reach even closer in design, organization and practicality. Now I´ve received my CS4 to replace my old Rear Pocket of the B10 (Now B7), the CS2 Tall (which is amazing) when needed and my SP E for Bottles. This is an amazing update to my old, still strong system and couldn't be happier.

Aside from a great product, Brightline customer service is top notch. I had a minor cosmetic issue that was covered by the warranty. They responded immediately and my replacement bag arrived before my next trip!

Pros -quality build, well thought out, tons of options, combines carry on, camera, and toiletries bag into one. Can be detached when at destination. Cons- a bit heavy but when weighing the 3 bags it’s replaced prob the same. The “cart” is compact and lightweight but a little short in the handle height for me at 6’ tall. It’s optional but only positioned in the middle of the bag which when configured for my camera on the one side it makes it very unbalanced. I’ve mostly been shoulder caring bad anyway so not a huge issue. Very happy with the whole bag, especially the ability to customize how I want to use it. And the toiletries system is awesome.

Bought my bag in 2006, zipper failed in 2023. Bags are expensive to begin with so expected a few more years out of it I guess. Cost to replace zipper (entire panel) was $50 with shipping, seems quite excessive. Hopefully this was a one-off and all of the zippers dont start failing...

I am very happy with all the items except for one. I believe is pocket B that actually does not show here. It has very little velcro and it opens very easy, i though it was one bag with 2 acces. I regretted that I didn’t choose another side. Everything else is amazing like i always wanted.

Hi Victor. Glad you like your bag. And by all means, you can pick out a different side pocket, order it on the website and return the unwanted one. We'll refund you in full when it gets here. We don't charge a restocking fee or a processing fee because we want you to end up with exactly what you want.
