“Sorry. I know you’re working diligently to resolve this issue, but I feel it’s taking too long. I’ve submitted all the requested information several times, had an email that said all was resolved and then I am Still Not able to schedule any sessions with both therapist and my medical provider. I feel my anxiety and depression are getting worse and am concerned about receiving care I truly love my sessions with my Brightside providers and fo not wish to change. Isn’t there a phone number that I could call and reach out to a representative who can assist me. Thank you for understanding

“The quality beats other services. High quality services. The charging, is ridiculous. I get charge for 4? Sessions with a therapist, I don’t actually know because it’s standard and not based on availability. I’ve considered going elsewhere, but have stayed based on quality, but why should I pay for 4 sessions a month if I can only get 1-2 a month? What I pay for varies month to month, seems like an unrealistic model.”
