“So far I have been very impressed with the help I've been receiving. The cost is extremely reasonable. Much better than any in-person meetings with a local therapist. And there's not many good ones near me at all. My therapist is awesome.”
“Love my psychiatrist she’s been amazing, really struggling still with the drop of my therapist with no warning. I have had a terrible time wanting to start with someone new after pushing it off so long before making the decision to try therapy again”
“Medication management is good, but provider engagement is limited. Sessions feel very transactional, not like I’m visiting a doctor or medical professional, more like bank teller. Nothing against my doctor, she’s very nice and has helped get me on the right medicine, but there is definitely a difference between online sessions and in-person care when it comes to mental health”
“It’s fine though it’s somewhat annoying having to set monthly appointment with psychiatrists for my meds especially if you’ve stabilized more or less since taking them and don’t feel the need to change the dosage.”
“It helps me see a psychiatrist in a faster time, but the program can't handle the nuances that happens at appointments. For example on 2/1 my medication changed. Less than 2 weeks later it was telling me I needed another appointment or my "treatment plan was in jeopardy". The DR said it was because of my check-in. So I made another appointment where the doctor did nothing because medications take about 4 weeks to update. 3 days later i did another check in and it's telling me to make another appointment. If still hasn't been 4 weeks.”
“Frustrated because my second appointment was canceled at appointment time due to counselor having food poisoning. I am sure she knew that two hours prior when I received an appointment reminder. I am travelling and had to make special arrangements to have the appointment. Canceling after I logged in for appointment is not good.”
