“I love my trauma therapist Natalya, but I was not impressed by my psychiatrist. I ultimately went back to my PCP to fix the interactions created by my prescribed medications and have discontinued visits with him. If they'd let me change I would have selected someone else but there was no option for that.”
“5-Katrina my physician has been absolutely wonderful! She makes me feel so comfortable and truly listens to me. The ease of making the appointments and being able to schedule at my convenience has been a life saver. Prescriptions are always sent straight to my pharmacy with zero hassle. Thank you Brightside for making me and my family better together”
“I am new to your services.
I appreciate that I was able to make an appointment very quickly and get my medication just as quick. Other platforms said my case is "too complex" whereas you guys accepted me and helped me right away.
You are helping to save me.
Thank you.”
“I have not received an Rx renewal and am down to five tablets of Fluoxetine 19mg. I realize Kareem is gone thru 09/20 yet no provider has stepped in to take care of my prescription medication. The pharmacist faxed Brightside today and was quite surprised that prescription updates/renewals have not been called in. Kareem's replacement has not contacted me either for the 15 minute check-in. I hope this matter with both prescription medication and support is remedied. I have been very consistant and cooperative with my care provider as should my provider also be withme, the patient.

“Brightside is very convenient- it's an app on my phone, easy to access for appointments, and it works with my insurance. My therapist and I are doing ok so far. Billing is not transparent. I was never given an estimated cost ahead of any appointments except the notification of the high bill you get for missing an appointment if you don't cancel more than 24 hours in advance. I will also say psychiatric (medication) help is through an NP which seems to be the case through all of these app platforms. I ended up going to ZocDoc to give an actual psychiatrist in person near me. I've had some issues with NPs not being as familiar about drug interactions and side effects, so seeing an actual Dr. in person makes me more comfortable. Would recommend for therapy though, especially if your insurance does copay and you have a better idea upfront of expected cost.”
