“Dr. Nesmith makes it easy to talk about difficult topics. He’s always engaging and informative. Let’s also say he throws in conversations about whatever to make it easier to connect and fell comfortable with.
Dr. Doss is more straightforward and to the point. He makes it easier to trust in what he says and trust in the medication he prescribes because he listens and doesn’t dismiss me or make me feel less than. His bedside manner is a bit rigid and to the point. Aside from talking about my medication, I would probably not feel like comfortable speaking to him about my past and present.
I am glad to have found Brightside.”
“I’m having pretty good communication with the therapist and psychologist but as far as the app, I’m having trouble logging in. I’m having trouble getting information that I need as far as my medical paperwork and no one seems to respond back when I’m having issues with the app and I end up being charged money even though I’m trying to login or my account is locked while I’m trying to login therapist and psychologist I can give them eight nines because I reached out to my psychologist and he had a plan vacation. No one responded for him which I really needed to talk to someone with the app itself. I will give a one.”
“So far this has been great care when it comes down to my psychiatric needs. I needed to get a psychiatrist to talk with and here I found a great match. I would recommend to anyone needing a psychiatrist.”
“5/5
Its good to be able to speak with a care provider anywhere and at my convenience. I've used the messaging app to let my provider know about side effects and we were able to get in to discuss within days.”
“Trying to reach the billing department is the worst part about Brightside. One psychologist I had an issue with from the start but the current one I have is amazing along with the Therapist I have is amazing.”
“I like the service, I dislike though that I found Brightside from my United Healthcare app and it said sessions would be $25, but after starting treatment sessions are actually $75 after insurance, which sucks. I will not be using Brightside anymore after I am done finding medication. I do enjoy the actual Brightside program though, I like my provider and I think the service is good itself”
