My I was charged $97 because I had an emergency at work I had no control over. This is a separation from your program if can not be refunded. “I feel there shouldn’t be a limit to how many times we change providers I need to find the one that works well for me in terms of scheduling availability and professionalism. I can’t change my therapist again. The last one had no progress. I canceled my membership because my insurance couldn’t be verified but after it was fixed I couldn’t restore my membership. Customer service email does reply we have to call to get questions answered.”
