“My experience with brightside and my doctor has been amazing. My care has been wonderful and when there was a issue at the pharmacy they were very prompt in returning their call. My anxiety keeps me from going to a doctor in person and this has been so helpful!”

“My previous therapist wasn’t very professional. He took most of our video call appointments on his cell phone in his car which made me uncomfortable. My current therapist LaTreece Ross is awesome and has been very engaged in our conversations, I feel like I’ll be able to make real progress with her the more we work together. If the rating was just for her I would have selected ‘very good’ but since I factored in the poor experience with my prior therapist it brought Brightside score down to just ‘good’.”
“I needed a psychiatrist for meds during a very stressful time in my life. I started with Cerebral and loved the psychiatrist, but after a month, I was informed that I wasn't eligible for their services because I have Medicare. (They wouldn't let me pay for the services they rendered.) So I found Brightside to monitor the meds I'd been Rxed. Those were already pretty well dialed in, so I just need some some monitoring. Quick and easy.”
“I have had trouble connecting with the doctor. But the meetings with Dawn are going exceptionally well. She is very supportive and informative. I like her a lot and respect her opinion. I find myself looking forward to our sessions. However, I have trouble connecting with the psychiatrist due to my poor computer skills. For instance, I didn't notice my mic was not on and missed an appointment because I couldn't connect with him. I have rescheduled and I apologize.”
“The APP is difficult to understand. The promised emails about appointments never came. The “add to my calendar” never worked. I got multiple messages (and links) for one meeting which caused me to miss that meeting and pay a missed appointment charge. The few meetings I had were usually spent talking about, or dealing with, technical issues. Instead of helping my anxiety, it has made it worse. I would never recommend Brightside.
The request for a survey came in an email - and it didn’t work. Told me to go online. Yet another flaw in technology setups.”
