“My process has been pretty easy. Once I was able to choose my team and we connected it has been smooth. Making my appointments are easy. Communicating with my team is easy. I once had a system issue and it was resolved quickly. The staff is caring and professional.”
“My provider did not listen to me about my needs. My appointment lasted 4 minutes in total. Very terrible experience. I feel as though she rushed me off and prescribed me medications without getting the full picture.”
“Initial response is the program is promising with some challenges. Three stars (can't click the rating above?)
While skeptical of the medication it is certainly helping, and the PA who prescribed it seemed knowlegeable.
- Good second meeting with the therapist who hit on areas that I can work which seemed very accurate.
Cons:
- Challenged with the website and inability to schedule meetings more than two weeks out, even though some are monthly.
- The counselor missed one meeting with no notification (no show), although i received a text indicating if i missed the meeting there would be a $95 charge
- Invoices come in appears to be three at a time. No explanation on the invoice regarding what the charge is actually for.”
“I appreciate that I am able to have frequent and quick access to my provider. It makes it easy and sufficient to work along my schedule and their schedule. Will recommend to other family and friends”
“I am pleasantly surprised how much rapport I’ve built with my therapist over the couple of months we’ve been working together. The exercises and talk therapy have helped me immensely!”
“Brightside makes it easy to join, find a provider, a therapist, and feel cared for along the way. I had two issues while setting up my account and finding the right therapist and the Brightside team was very responsive, friendly, and efficient. I'm glad that I'm here.”
“My provider is good enough. Client services is terribly lacking—there’s really no way to actually speak to an human being. And, if you send your provider an email with a simple question, they tell you that you need to schedule an appointment.”
“I got immediate help for depression. I really like my therapist. I do a little homework to learn how I can better cope with stressful or depressed feelings. My psychiatric provider has changed my meds when needed. It is working! IF ONLY I could get my mail order prescription provider OPTUM RX and my psychiatric provider to work out communication with each other, all would be great. Every time I get a new prescription there seems to be problems with OPTUM RX getting all the information they need to fill and mail my order. I have attached email examples of what OPTUM RX sends me to get more information to fill my prescription.”
