“I hate your messaging that “It’a time to check in” “check in now” and “Your provider needs to meet with you this week.” You don’t tell me what to do. Dial it back. You ask me to check in. My provider requests a meeting. I don’t take orders from a freaking app. Also, I feel like all I can do is check that everything is great all the time because the one time I was honest about symptoms my provider jumped down my throat about meeting with me, demanding that I drop everything to meet with her on short notice. I’m a flipping attorney and these unilateral demands for me to schedule things on short notice are not well taken.”
