“App is fine, meeting with the provider first time was great however communication via messaging was slow and I still have not gotten answers to questions that I have previously asked. Also a little confusing when billing said $95 a month but I’m getting billed more than that in a claim.”
“I would love to see more open availability from therapists and doctors. Sometimes if an appointment needs to be rescheduled by either party it takes yet another 2 weeks to get an appointment resulting in long gaps in between visits.”
“With mY therapist, I don't always need to talk on a regular basis.
I would like to schedule it as needed and not when I get after getting multiple texts about its time to set an appointment.
However, with my doctor she makes me feel like asking med questions is just taking too much time out of her day.”
“I’m still waiting for my first copay bill so I’m really new here. So far it seems okay, but I’m still looking for how this is going to be as good as in person therapy. I’m hopeful, but skeptical.”
“At the moment, I am not able to watch the videos on Observation or Self-care. I am not sure why.
I am able to talk easily to Ms. Tipton, but it doesn't seem that I am talking very much at all with Alicia. Does that come later?”
“Only been a member for 2 months but so far it has been much more convenient than going to an office. I do wish that I could still receive my medication from Brightside. It will now cost me much more to receive what I received for the first two months that I was a member because I have to pay for the prescription and then pay for meds as well.”
