“It’s a wonderful and affordable platform to be able to obtain both psychological and psychiatric care. They do not accept my insurance unfortunately and I have found another platform that does. The app is a bit “glitchy” and can be frustrating to use.”
“The providers are excellent. The billing is some of the worst I have come across. I do not receive notifications when they are going to debit my account, it just comes out. I shuffle money through different accounts and it would be nice to just collect the copay at time of services. I just had a debit taken for services on 5/28?!?!?! That was close to 2 months ago. While the service is a great idea, the billing portion is a joke. I am ending my relationship and stopping therapy because of this.”
“My therapist,Felicia. Is the best. She is really helping get control of my life and my goals. She is very good at letting me see the smaller tasks to get me to the bigger picture. And how to help my physical anxiety as well as my add. She has given me great tools.”
“Response time from “help and support” has been disappointing. My therapist did not unlock any of my therapy lessons and missed 2 of our appointments. Yet I missed a few sessions and was charged $70 late fee. My last session(lasted 20 mins) I requested a letter from my therapist to extend my LOA; I finally received it after 2 weeks. I had to call, email, message those 2 weeks for follow up. When I reached out to help and support, I didn’t receive any response until I requested that my therapist be changed.”
“I don’t know where I’d be right now if it weren’t for Brightside. Probably six feet under. They have saved my life! If you’re on the fence about taking the leap of faith, do it anyway.”
