“Brightside helped me a lot to talk about how I feel in certain situations but I need to talk to someone face to face It will makes more comfortable talking about certain experiences sometimes I struggle with it.”
“Brightside has helped me feel like my normal self again. Very happy with the results so far and the check-ins are super quick and helpful to keep track of my progress.”
“Brightside has done more for me than any other therapists or psychiatrist I have had. They are genuinely invested in my care and helping me with my issues. I would not be as stable as I am now without them.”
“There are some limitations that have been difficult. The inability to use No-fault insurance and the inability to be able to have access to documents that would allow for reimbursement through No-fault insurance.
Another limitation is the inability to make an appointment for the next session when you’ve used all your allotted sessions for the month. I understand that you can pay for an additional appointment but it would be nice to be able to reserve an appointment for the time when your card is charged for a new month, even if it’s a tentative appointment. It’s difficult when a regularly day for appointments are no longer available because you have to wait a week to make a new appointment.
Otherwise, the platform is great and the practitioners I’ve been seeing are wonderful.”
“So far so good, medication after a month is probably working about 75%. Depression down and panic attacks slowly getting better. Really enjoy my doctor as well she’s been very helpful.”
“Brightside isa very convenient way to seek help for mental health treatment. I enjoy video sessions withy provider and the check-ins are good to gauge your progress.”
“It's really hard to navigate and hard to communicate in a timely matter. Struggling to get a prescription refill because the therapist are not properly communicating with the Drs. Booked wrong appt. because the information given to me by the Dr. to make a follow-up appt was not clear on how to do. I ended up booking the wrong appt with a therapist instead of the Dr. and now Im stuck with no medication because I need to do another follow-up and pay $25 again when I just had an appt. on Saturday for the same thing. Really very frustrating.”
