“It was very convienient and I did not have to wait weeks to get in to a psychiatrist. Also, the person seemed very knowledgeable. However, I get too many emails telling me to tell you how I am doing. It seems too frequent.”
“I've struggled almost my entire life with my mental health with no answers. Using brightside has given me the ability and medications that I need to feel a sense of calmness for the first time in my life, and be a better mom to my children. I couldn't be more grateful.”
“I don't like that I can't change providers. It's ok. I've had better experiences, I've had worse. Trying to get a refund for services I didn't use, we'll see how that goes.”
“I am extremely happy with Brightside. My therapist is absolutely amazing. I think she is helping me more than any therapist I've used previously, and I've seen like six of them over the years! I'm so glad there is a virtual therapy service that accepts my insurance.”
“didn't like psychiatrist who met with me 1 time, she was dismissive of me and didn't listen carefully or care about any medications other than the psych meds. haven't been able to figure out how to schedule with a different psychiatrist. only 1 therapist is available for scheduling and they wouldn't be a good fit for me.”
“I am so extremely happy that I have found BRIGHTSIDE! The doctors are amazing and so very helpful and available! The website/portal is very easy to use. The resources and lessons are all so helpful! Thank you”
“Brandie Smalley has helped me tremendously with my anxiety and for that I am so grateful. However communication is very poor. If I leave a message I do not get a response in a reasonable amount of time. Also, when I try to make an appointment for a follow up there are only 2 options to choose from as to why I am requesting a follow up appointment and both indicate that I am having an issue with my medication. There should be a third option to choose that states that I am not having any problem I just need a follow up appointment. Please change this! It’s so confusing!”
“very impersonal- like getting treated by a robot who doesn’t actually care about you and your issues. probably won’t use and recommend to a friend. will seek out a care that involves a human.”
