“It really is no-nonsense, convenient and reasonably priced (for Psychiatry, at any rate). Everything is self-explanatory and works the way it should. No unpleasant surprises when you can least handle them. Highly recommended.”
“ONE STAR! It's just too expensive! The initial "estimate" wasn't clear to me! They should have been more clear about how much I would PAY. Be specific!! Say $175 UNTIL your deductible is met. Simple. Instead, I got a fat $1200 bill for one month. Now I am quitting the "Crisis Program" - I have a new "crisis" and that is THIS BILL, not suicide.”
“Brightside is a solid 5 , it’s been about a month now and I don’t know where I would be without the help I have received from Brightside . I will continue to use Brightside and get the help needed and it is well received from really good people that treat you like a person not a dollar sign . I fully recommend Brightside”
“Unfortunately, I have not seen ANY difference in my mood fluctuations and have not been real impressed with my care provider. We have spent approximately 10 minutes conversing over two 30 minute appointments. She seems preoccupied most of the time. I am considering doing something else. Although my dosage was cut in half it still gives me morning fog for about 30 minutes. Am wondering is there something I could take during the day to help with my irritability.”
“I do love the services!!
The only thing that I'm having issues with is the limitations on medication I'm able go receive and the ones I'm able to get have some pretty extreme side affects that I don't really like at all.....”
“brightside and their qualified therapist have helped me become more understanding that life is worth living and understand that I cannot control everything and everyone around me.
I have became more free and aware of my feelings, and learned certain techniques to control certain situations. i love brightside and how easy it is for me to meet with my provider and therapist on my own time.”
“Brightside has given me access to the kind of care I was looking for. It has helped me to come out of my depression and has given me tools to use as needed in my life. I like the ease and convenience of Brightside.”
“Im getting there. Didn't think the increase in cymbalta would help but it is beginning to. Comes in waves. But I've been on med for right at 28yrs. @60mg. (They chose cymbalta due to damage to bones and nervous system. )It helped this long, well almost..well I guess I should speak directly to Dr.. perhaps its only starting to work due to duration of med, idk. I am also dealing with a school debt for my son that we have to fight(i was in middle of being stripped of my psych, cardiac, bp, and pain meds..) details I'll tell dr....i ramble, sorry.”
