“They are horrible charging me a lot of money for no help at all I started getting my prescription through them and after a month of everything being fine the second month they charged me then kicked me off sayin my doctor said it wasn't a"good fit" all I needed was a simple way to get my prescription instead of having to go into a doctors office to get them. Then they let me sign back up and charged me again then canceled my appointment 3 hrs before it and I have to email them for a refund. Which i don't even understand how I'm not a good fit ? I have anxiety and just needed medication for that but apparently I'm not a good fit makes no sense I recommended people to try it too and they also said they weren't a good fit but yet they're supposed to be here to help with remote care ? Don't use this service”
“My provider is cold, uninformative and misleading. Not to mention I have to wait several days at times to get a response back. Now my new work schedule makes it so I can’t have a consultation with him because he doesn’t work on weekends or after 5.
I’m very disappointed and feel like I’m massively overpaying for service I would expect from McDonald’s or Walmart.”
“I had assumed I would have a more regularly scheduled check in with my psychiatrist since medication was prescribed, but other than the standard check in emails from Brightside there hasn’t been any contact or follow up appointment. I sent my provider an email to schedule something to discuss so hope to meet her again soon.”
“So far Brightside is working great. I get my prescriptions on time every month and take them as directed. They track your progress with weekly reviews to see how you are doing. I would highly recommend using them if you are feeling down.”
“Best thing I ever did. It works for me with convenience and being able to manage this while on the go and the inability to constantly go into an office or worry about filling a prescription. Access to a doctor 24/7 via email, checking on by survey from your phone each week-I can’t say enough about it. Thank goodness for this service.”
“While I was slightly disappointed at the meetings with a therapist being monthly I could see a more dedicated individual getting a lot from their always available chat system, it just personally didn't work for me. What did work AMAZING is their program for medication where I was seen, heard and taken care of almost immediately and have had monthly check ups and questions to make sure my medication is right for me. I would recommend medication and therapy to everyone just know you don't need to get your therapy here.”
“I wasn't fully aware what I was signing up for I guess. I thought I would have more meetings with my counselor, included with the price and I thought I would have longer sessions. I wish that was laid out better for me from the beginning. I will likely cancel my account soon because of this. I also have had not so great response times with my psychiatrist, which I feel is essential when dealing with new patients taking SSRI's (like myself).”
