“I did not have a great first impression of Brightside . By some random chance, the system rescheduled my “first “ intake appointment after I was set to get my letter of recommendation from the initial one . I thought it was an outgoing appointment and didn’t want to miss it to avoid the $75 fee but was confused when he started asking the same intake questions again . We quickly realized that the system had somehow booked another appointment for intake . Although both of us were confused we proceeded to continue with the appointment and I could not be any happier with the outcome with the provider I am seeing now . I am able to access care with my insurance for zero charge but I still choose to continue with my current provider with Brightside with the copay because he was extremely helpful to me and my very unique needs. I could not recommend Dr. Romero more than I do !”
