“Brightside has changed my life for the better! I do not feel the debilitating effects of depression and I am glad that I finally chose to receive help after pushing it off for so long. The service is quick and super easy to use. I am very pleased with my provider.”
“Intake was quick and stressless. My psychiatrist and therapist are both super helpful and practical, and I haven't felt this successful, in terms of my mental health, in a long time!”
“Great timely and easy access to get care. Provided me with a way to finally get care by removing all barriers and long waits for traditional appointments. Provider has been awesome yo work with and platform is easy. Only complaint is way too many system generated emails that appear to be junk or I deem as irrelevant. Might seem small but in a society of spam less emails are better and might capture peoples attention.”
“Dr Isaac has been my most helpful prescriber in nine years of dealing with PTSD. I'm still a mess, but relative to where I was at our first appointment, it's much better. I'm somewhat hopeful and cautiously optimistic about the future.”
“My provider was very nice and wanted to help but she said she did not have the ability to prescribe gabapentin for anxiety, which is what Brightside advertises for the condition.”
“The process is simple yet in depth. Christi Oates has been most fantastic to work with. I am finally feeling progress even early in my treatment journey.”
“Thus far it's good... I am grateful for the convenience & that I can do the therapy & meet with the psychiatrist from the comfort & safety of my own place. & they check in which I appreciate.”
“3/5 stars
It's definitely convenient! But has it's flaws... I unsubscribed from the therapy service, it's very expensive for only 2 hours of session per month. I don't think 30 minute sessions allow for any real traction in a conversation anyway.
I also did this because I randomly received a message saying that my therapist had been changed (several sessions in, mind you) - that caused distrust in the service. I'd really prefer to not have to keep re-introducing myself and building rapport with someone who may not be there.”
