“Your billing and payment system is awful. I signed up with an understanding that my monthly bill would be one amount, and it turns out to be 5x that. Then, when I try to make a payment you can’t accept my method of payment. And the call center is useless.”

Brightside doesnt release lesson plans, and any tickets logged go unresolved for several weeks, despite weekly follow up.”
