“I love bightside. It's convenient to my schedule and it takes my insurance which helps with financial comfort. The only disappointing thing was I was not informed that my therapist was no longer gonna be with the company. I had my visit with her and was sent an email the next day saying she was no longer with brightside and I'd have to find someone new. That is very jarring since I've built a relationship with her so I have not set up a therapy appointment since because I'm not ready to start over again”

I do, however, feel as if the weekly check in assessments need to be a bit more detailed. For example, when asking in the past two weeks, have you felt …., I think it would be helpful to have another option to choose from besides everyday, most everyday, several days, and not at all. Other than that, it’s been great!”
