“On February 22nd I was marked as a no show. The therapist selected the wrong entry. Now my past appointments reflect a no show status. It's incorrect and hasn't been corrected for over a month.
On March 21st, I had an appointment I sat on the meeting for 15 minutes and my therapist didn't show up. The visit was marked as a no show. My bank account was charged $70. I'm on medical leave and my budget is lowered due to me being out of work. This ordeal has sent my anxiety through the roof. Not to mention my therapy lessons haven't been released. I've messaged the clinical team and customer service team.”
