“I have been feeling better now that I have been working with my provider. I would like to see a different scale for "check-ins". A 1-5 scale would me more helpful in communicating occurences of symptoms.”
“Seems to be a money grab. They didn't refill meds even though all the check ins were met and everything is going well. Not refilling meds that should not be discontinued suddenly and having a patient run out because they cannot get an appointment for several days due to the provider's schedule is a big negative.”
