“Not sure how I feel, may be giving more time then needed. My therapist has missed two appointments. Not sure what's going in with that first one was a technical problem second I haven't found out the reasoning yet. Visits are nice when had. Not sure how reliable they are may switch and try someone new but know worried about the stuff we have already completed. So guess it's a hit or miss. Like I can do it from home.”

“Brightside was very receiptive when I reached out. I felt I got the immediate help I was looking for. Being on an antidepressant had been a life saver. I know I will need to be on this medication for a while. I should have started years ago. I had three therapy sessions I thought were helpful. I think I may want to speak with another therapist. I felt like my problems and/or feeling were minimized. I just lost my health insurance so need to put therapy on hold for a short time. I look forward to finding a better fit, moving forward and continuing to feel more positive.”
