“It has been very difficult to find a provider that actually listens to me. That ended with Brightside! Responsive, timely, professional, and the encouragement by email, excellent. I felt improvement after only days, yet I’ve tried for years with community providers.”
“Brightside has been working very well for me. I would rate it a 5. Sometimes there are connection issues but overall they were just bumps in the road. I remember to try it out if you haven’t had success with mental health professionals before. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.”
“Unfortunately you can’t prescribe effective adhd medication via telemedicine. Not your fault but strattera and Wellbutrin just don’t work. Wellbutrin has horrible cardiac side effects for me. You really should stipulate what you can and can’t prescribe on your website before charging ppl $300. You also can’t prescribe lyrica which helps with co occurring pain and anxiety”
