It’s very easy to use and schedule. I love the digital lessons. Sometimes my schedule is too hectic to commit to a therapy session every week so I would prefer a “slower” pace at times. Some sessions I feel are too structured around curing my anxiety using best practices for when anxiety hits.
Alternatively, i think it would be beneficial for my therapist to understand where my anxiety stems from, and id like to talk about those struggles, instead, to help avoid anxiety all together.”

“The only thing I think needs to be changed is the "check-in" questionnaires. The lowest you can mark is the "several times" and the next would be "not at all". I think the questionnaire needs a box for "a few times" or "infrequently." I also feel the billing needs to be broken down a bit so that I can see how it was billed to my Medicare and if it is also being submitted to my supplemental insurance.
