My rating is currently a 3. All started very well, but I left the therapy services due to my therapist not showing up and not answering my questions in the chat. I only have the medication plan now, and have requested a refill twice with no response as of right now, and I am almost out of medication.”
“I was somewhat skeptical trying an online service for mental health as my GP that I see in person wasn't getting me where I needed, but it only took Ms. Herman a couple of weeks before she got further in my diagnosis than I ever thought possible. Now at a month in, my depression and anxiety are nearly nonexistent and I feel just generally hopeful simply knowing what my issues are and confident that they can be treated. Most services also turned me away as my symptoms were incredibly high, and I was told I needed to seek in person help. Brightside took me in and now I'm the happiest person in the world for it.”
“It was good until I had my provider switched twice within two months so they weren’t able to fill my prescriptions without a new meeting then I am without my meds for a week for the second time because I couldn’t get any response over the holidays. I’m struggling majorly off the meds”

“I was scared to use Brightside because I've never used psych meds before. The first doctor I was appointed to was not a fit for me but I told her that and Brightside gave me a very warm and caring doctor who I felt safe telling about my experiences so she could properly diagnose me. She has been wonderful and very holistic with me, and also understands I want to take medication temporarily. Brightside is affordable without healthcare and I'm so grateful!
The only suggestion I'd make is to edit the check in response spectrum to include "a few times" because there is a big difference between "several times a week" and "none at all" and as my medication is working, I'm experiencing these symptoms just a few times.”
