“Mostly very good care and attention.
It’s a little challenging to get regular appointments with therapists,I wish there was an automatic scheduling process (ie you could opt to sign up for a weekly or twice monthly regular time slot, etc).
Also it’s awkward to move easily back and forth in the question/response exercises. If you want to repeat a lesson or go back and change something you’ve written, it’s difficult or impossible. Unless I’m misunderstanding the instructions….
Otherwise, very positive experience so far.”
“Frustrating that I cannot just make an appointment to refill my medication- in the "review requested" there should be an option to just make an appointment. The meds are working, I just need a refill, and that is not an option. Too many steps to make a follow up appointment.”
“It's nice to be able to get help quickly when you need it the most! Other Doctors can make you wait weeks to be seen, not everybody has that much time to wait. The virtual aspect makes it convenient and the Doctor I have is very good at listening and seems to genuinely care, that makes it easy to be honest and get real help. Thank you for everything”

I understand there is an element of trial and error in prescribing effective medications and I appreciate having someone to have that knowledgeable conversation with. Brightside was there when it was impossible to find a traditional clinician within 100 miles without a long waitlist.”
