“I think the psychiatrists working with Brightside might have too much going on because there is little to no follow-through and communication after the first meeting. I realized I was running low on my medication and reached out to my provider because I didn't see any refills with my pharmacy. I am new to taking medication so I don't know how it normally works but I assumed that my care provider would reach out to see how I was doing on it, if I wanted to continue care, and how I was doing with the side effects I expressed concern about, etc.; but it was left up to me to reach out when I was running low and request more. In order to request more I had to fill out a survey that said I felt my care was "off-track" even though I didn't feel my care was off-track, I just needed a refill.”

“I would like to have more options on the website, it just seems like it’s a little bare. I’d like like a visit history, some of sort of option that shows me historical data. Also with customer service, I’d like to have a more faster option for service instead of emailing and getting responses within 24 hours.
