“Absolutely cannot thank the Brightside Team enough! Having this platform that works with my schedule and constantly provides help for whenever I have questions or need to talk things through has been a game changer!”
“The big issue is trying to schedule appointments with our psychiatrists. To have to request a review, 2 weeks after the last appointment, instead of just making an appointment, is worrisome. for example, if new medication causes severe mental side effects, within the first few doses so you have to discontinue medication, there ends up being too long of a pause between appointments to be prescribed something different”
“My therapist Serena takes the time to get to know you, and remembers everything. She pays attention to what you're looking for in therapy and finds ways to help deliver it. Sensitive, thoughtful, and grounded. I’ve really enjoyed working with her.”
“Brightside has been tremendously helpful to me and has become an integral tool in caring for my mental health. I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with life, or just wants to put their mental health first.”
“Thank you so much! I’m feeling 100% better since I have been working with Brightside. I appreciate that I didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment. I also appreciate the frequent check-ins! I would highly recommend Brightside!”
“Provides me with the exact prescriber services I was looking for. I was already on an antidepressant through another service that also required me to pay for therapy even though the therapist was never available. I am happy that I can get prescriber-only services through Cerebral and the regular check-ins are easy.”
“I think the psychiatrists working with Brightside might have too much going on because there is little to no follow-through and communication after the first meeting. I realized I was running low on my medication and reached out to my provider because I didn't see any refills with my pharmacy. I am new to taking medication so I don't know how it normally works but I assumed that my care provider would reach out to see how I was doing on it, if I wanted to continue care, and how I was doing with the side effects I expressed concern about, etc.; but it was left up to me to reach out when I was running low and request more. In order to request more I had to fill out a survey that said I felt my care was "off-track" even though I didn't feel my care was off-track, I just needed a refill.”
