“I wish brightside had a more broad range of things they covered. Depression / anxiety is very limiting and also 30 minutes is not enough time to talk to a therapist”
“I’m really happy I chose Brightside. It’s very convenient and reliable. I message my doctor and usually get a response in a few hours. I’m doing so much better and wish I would have considered this sooner.”
“Its just ok- first provider was fine, then it was switched to somebody else without anyone saying anything- then that person never showed for our appointment so I was switched to a third provider who is fine as well. The weekly check in questions are so repetitive and don’t apply to me personally- maybe switch those up to better match the reason a person is seeking treatment? Not all anxiety equals depression. Something I really don’t appreciate is the abundance of spam appointment reminders. I am an adult- I can manage my own time and I don’t think anybody would really need 10+ reminders for something. Overall the service is fine.”
“Bright side had made it possible for me to afford getting help for my depression and anxiety since I do not have insurance. My doctor is wonderful. She is patient with me and responds to any messages very quickly. They have changed my life for the better the past three months! I highly recommend”
“I would 100% recommend. My doctor was great and listened to me. The check ins help me see my progress or my need to be worked on. They are always there for you. They base your plan directly on you, not on society. Will continue to use them.”
“Hi guys thanks for looking in on me.
Doing alright still having anxiety daily trouble sleeping has still been an issue.
The new medication the doctor put me on is helping but I find myself taking more of it than prescribed sometimes to get to sleep
My day medication seems to help a lot keeping me focused and less anxious.
All together I feel I have improved slightly.
Thanks
R. Ames”
