“I have learned so much about myself and the things that I thought were normal for everyone, was not and that I have a lot of trauma to work through. I have had to do two assignments that at first I thought were not going to help at all but after doing them and discussing them with my counselor, I have felt a great weight be lifted off of my shoulders. “I like that I can schedule an appt as soon as next day or even same day. I think there should be 50 min sessions, where you and the clinician can do talk therapy outside of med talk. It’s always so rushed and I never get ti say everythung I need to.”

“I do feel a lot better since I started seeing my therapist and psychiatrist through Brightside. My psychiatrist listens to me about my needs regarding my medications and makes adjustments as needed. I do feel the therapy could be a little more helpful and hands on or educational instead of just small talk pretty much. And I don’t like that we could be charged for being late to our session but the therapists and stuff are late to the sessions all the time.”
