“I have been working with Brightside for the past month. I like their model of being helped by a team. My team consists of a psychiatrical professional who offers med management as well as a mental health therapist, who I meet with weekly via a video conference link. Per Brightside’s protocols, I am not limited to my weekly time slot I am free to email my clinicians and they respond in a timely basis. Everyone is very fluid, if I feel I have a pressing or urgent issue, the team modifies their schedule to accommodate me. My current mindset is a testament as to the efficacy of the program. My mind is 100% changed for the better.”

My insurance company covers a 3 month supply for my medication, and my doctor is very helpful and willing to give me that amount.
I think this is unfair to the patient”
